Julia is a Team Leader in Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG (RRPS) and globally responsible for contract management for the sales, network and intercompany side. She is an expert in bringing global business strategies and operational targets in line with risk control, legal and compliance regulatory standards and has shared best practices amongst RRPS entities in international matrix organizations. Julia has over 12 years of experience in various roles around contract management and leading negotiations, business partner governance and communications as well as risk management, data management and process development. Throughout the years she has developed a strong 360° contract management expertise – across legal, business and the technical side, including driving contract data integrations and interfaces, as well as business-strategic contract transformations. She has successfully supported RRPS’s digital transformation by implementing a CLM, lifting contract management benchmarks and KPIs, refining global collaboration standards, as well as driving the change management process with staff and stakeholders.
Julien Irmen has many years of experience in IT consulting and IT auditing as a senior manager for KPMG Germany and KPMG China (2014-2016) at leading national and international companies. He has gained extensive expertise in transformation programs in the areas of Risk Management, Operational Readiness, Compliance & Governance as well as projects in the context of business process analysis, process framework design and large-scale IT system implementations. With his extensive knowledge in the area of data quality & management, especially in contract lifecycle management / contract management and the implementation of field-tested IT solutions, he supports various departments in companies with challenges in compliance & governance as well as cost & process optimization projects.
Paul has worked in the Telecommunications/IT industry for over 30 years, with more than 20 years spent in various buy- and sell-side contract and commercial management (CCM) positions. Most recently, Paul was Head of Deal Assurance at BT Group, delivering complex change programs dramatically improving CCM delivery. Paul served on the WorldCC Board of Directors, as both a Non-Executive Director and Officer. He is an WorldCC Expert Practitioner and Fellow.
Hiro Notaney is an accomplished marketing executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading technology marketing in Silicon Valley and more than five years in the contract management space. As Chief Marketing Officer of SirionLabs, he is responsible for the company’s global marketing, content & thought leadership, and customer outreach initiatives. Hiro blends innovation, customer success and product excellence to provide best-fit CLM solutions. During his career, Hiro has held marketing leadership roles at a number of technology companies including Deloitte, Oracle and Cisco. An avid squash and tennis player, Hiro is based in Palo Alto, California.
